This has been a great experience for me from beginning to end. Matt was extremely helpful on the sales side and he also was pretty responsive with email/text/phone. Once I was matched with a carrier, the transition was also seamless. They were communicative and set the expectations with car pick off and drop off. My car was also dropped off earlier than expended and the carrier was pretty transparent and flexible in terms of ensuring that the car was handled appropriately. Highly recommend this service to anyone wishing to avoid the headaches of driving their car themselves when moving across the country.
