I initally chose Ship A Car Direct after reviewing Better Business Bureau reviews for several car shipping companies. I was impressed by how many people said that they had used this business time and time again and had had nothing but excellent experiences. From beginning to end, Ship A Car Direct made my experience easy and worry-free. I shipped my Honda Civic from the SF Bay Area to Arlington, Virginia. I received a very fair quote, a carrier was assigned exactly when Christina estimated it would, and the car arrived a few days quicker than the original estimate (5 days instead of the expected 7). Their proprietary app is also helpful in documenting the condition of your car before transport in the unusual event that there is damage upon arrival. The drivers were communicative and prompt and even accepted Venmo for payment, which I appreciated. I was worried about cross-country car shipping because I've heard some horror stories, but this company is very legitimate, and I would 100% use them again. My car arrived in perfect condition!
