Ship a Car Direct answered was very helpful with my questions before I signed up. The carrier Aledi LLC picked up the cars on the date that was scheduled. I was able to get an update from Ship a Car Direct. The carrier contacted me right away to inform me the arrival time. He said to meet at a big parking lot of a grocery store near us. The lot got very full at that time. He then called us to meet him 2 blocks away. He was able to offload on that street. Our 2 cars were in same conditions as before. There were no damages at all during shipping. The shipping was coast to coast. The cars were picked up late on the pickup date, and delivered before lunch on the delivery date. There were 5 days between these 2 dates. I was glad the transport was fast.
