This was the second time I’ve used ship a car direct. Just like before, their customer service rep and driver were very easy to communicate with - both were prompt to respond to my inquiries and reached out when they said they would. I was given a reasonable quote, and they got me a price a little below the quote. Pick up was the first day of the 3 or 4 day window, and drop-off was also within the stated window. No damage to the car.
