Lauren helped to coordinate the shipment of my car from Ohio to California and was super attentive and respond to my email or text right away. The driver I got informed me at the beginning that on when he will likely arrive in CA and allowed me to go his company location to pick up the car early so I don’t have to wait three more days which is an option that I prefer. Price is also reasonable and I am so glad that I chose Ship a Car Direct!
