It was easy to make my reservation with Ship A Car Direct. There was only one scare at the beginning, where the company said they had no record of my reservation only a few days before my car was supposed to be picked up… thankfully I called and spoke to someone and they were able to make sure my pickup date remained the same. The driver asked me to meet him at a Home Depot. On the day of the pickup he was on time, quick, and efficient. The delivery date was even 1 day sooner than they estimated, but thankfully my family was able to pickup my car (again in a large retail parking lot, for Lowe’s this time). The driver called and texted to make sure things were in order and payment would be received. My car arrived safely and with no damage. I would use this this company again in the future.
