Ship a car direct did a wonderful job for me. I found their website to be the most informative of any I went to. It explains the process thoroughly, identifies the regulations which govern the industry and even gives you a view of the order contract you will sign so that you can be sure there are no hidden got ya's. Their pricing was very competitive and included all fees whereas other estimates I received had lower estimates in large print with the words "plus fees" in much smaller print. Talking to them on the first call was low key with no pressure and encouragement to make sure I understood everything. The second call telling them that I was using them was all business, telling me what to expect and estimated timing. Actual pick up and delivery was by their contractor who kept me informed as to tentative pick-up and delivery times. When there was a slight hiccup, I found out about the revised timing very quickly.. The ship a car direct app made taking "just in case" loading and delivery pictures a snap (sorry for the bad pun). I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them.
