My car was picked up promptly just two days after I contacted the company about shipping it across the country. It arrived with no new scratches. The only thing I wish was for better communication between the drive a s the owner. I was given an estimate of when the car would arrive but the window was so broad it was hard to make plans the entire day. Overall though I would use this company again.
