Great experience with SACD, carrier was just okay

Ship A Car Direct is incredibly communicative, which helps a little bit in making a very anxiety inducing process slightly less concerning. I was assigned a carrier very quickly, who I confirmed was licensed. I bought a car at a dealership in another state and had it transported to me. The carrier themselves were not easily reachable, I tried calling three times and never got an answer. They also never confirmed the car was delivered with SACD, who had to reach out to me to check if everything went smoothly. I was unable to be there for delivery of the car, and the family members I had take delivery were never given a copy of the bill of lading by the delivery driver, which is complicating the matter of getting reimbursed for damage that was caused to a wheel by the driver. The rear driver side wheel had a scrape in it and the tire lost a lot of air, which seems to indicate it was knocked around at some point. I am currently in the process of submitting a claim with SACD but because of the lack of a bill of lading, I'm not confident it will be accepted.
