Shipped a new car from dealer in Milwaukee, WI to San Rafael, CA. Ship-a-car-direct support was excellent and responsive, transport was arranged in short order. Transporter was Red Dot Transportation, Inc. Pickup was a little bumpy as transport arrived unannounced, which caused a bit of a scramble. Ship-a-car made sure to contact driver and made sure delivery was communicated, which it was. Car arrived quite quickly (4 days), undamaged, and driver was friendly and helpful. Overall quite positive experience.
