I’ve shipped cars before but the customer service of Ship Car Direct was outstanding! Lauren was extremely pleasant, professional, and kept me informed every step of the process. I received emails from the person that handles any insurance/damage claims to provide me with pre-information just in case I needed to file a claim. This made me feel I had nothing to worry about if something did go wrong, but it didn’t. I was shipping my sons car to a military base and had several logistical issues to deal with, but everything was handled without a hitch. I highly recommend utilizing Ship Car Direct.
