In May of 2021, I decided to ship my car. I made inquiries on the internet and got many responses. I started to investigate various companies that responded and was directed to the BBB. After talking to The Better Business Bureau, I decided to contact Ship A Car Direct. When I contacted the company, I spoke to Matt. He explained in very clear terms how the pickup will take place. He was very honest about the place I wanted the car shipped to.
The target date was the first week in June. Matt explained that it was very difficult to find a carrier for the route
required. I then, for personal reasons, had to put a hold on the pickup. In the beginning of July, I contacted the
company to find a carrier. At that time. Matt explained that when a carrier is located, things would happen fast,
and so it was. I received an E-Mail on the last Friday of the month, July 30, and that evening the car was loaded on the carrier. I was given phone numbers to contact the company 24/7. if there were any problems. The car was delivered on Sunday evening, August 1. The price was fair and I would give Ship A Car Direct a 5 star rating.
