I shipped my car from the West Coast to Ohio, and the company contacted me regularly to make sure I didn't have questions or concerns, but my car wasn't picked up by a carrier until a week after my hoped for date. Everything went smoothly with the transport and my car arrived within a week, but I had to go without a car for five days, which I hadn't planned for. The carrier was very nice and professional.
