Ship a Car had great communication up to the point of matching you with a carrier. I see a little room for improvement as I had to call the customer service to get a more accurate estimate of my carrier's arrival time, but once I made this call it was easy to get in touch with the driver and figure out when/where he was coming. Overall, I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again and would recommend it to others.
