I moved from Illinois to California and used Ship a Car Direct to ship my car. Renee provided me with a general quote a few months before I was ready to move and was easy to contact. The quote did not differ much by the time I was ready to move. I was able to get in contact with Renee again. She is great about responding to emails and returning calls.
A carrier for my vehicle was found within a few days of my shipping date. I was able to stay in contact with my carrier through text and phone calls. My car was delivered by the specified date. It was a little dirty, but that is to be expected from choosing an open carrier.
Overall, the process was easy and hassle free from start to finish. I would use this company again.
