There were very few negatives that we have to report using Ship-a-car-direct. One being that we discussed a fair price for pick-up and was agreed upon. Then a carrier agreed to pick up our vehicle if we increased our offer by a relatively small amount (<10%). The carrier then backed out and our assumption was that we would go back to our original offer amount. However that was not the case. They left our offer at the higher amount without informing us about this change. Luckily I was prepared when the carrier dropped off our vehicle at the destination and we weren't left looking like a fool. All we would ask for is better communication about offer changes.
