Renee was a pleasure to work with. Constant communication. Easy to get a hold of and explained each step of the process. Ship-a-car-Direct's website was very informative.
Only glitch was driver from VMS Lux was a few days late to pickup, but more than made up time in the delivery (which was only 1 day past originally scheduled).
Overall, I would definitely use them again.
