I received my vehicle less than a week after it was shipped and it was done efficiently. However, there were complications, and shipping the car ended up being more than originally quoted; quite a bit higher. There was also confusion with Ship-A-Car-Direct and the company delivering the car as apparently the hand-off was not noted so they contacted me directly to check about this.
