First time using an auto transport service. I did check online ratings and customer reviews and decided on Ship A Car Direct. Everything went very smoothly. Very informational website that explains the process very well. Thanks to Nikki for arranging the transport in a very timely and well communicated manner at a very fair price. Process was far easier than I had imagined with several contacts available 24/7 at both SACD and with the Carrier for any questions or updates. Driver called with a two hour window on the pickup day and arrived on time. Jorge with I & I Transport was very pleasant and professional. He also called with a two hour window for drop-off on the arrival day. He was again on time, very professional and carefully unloaded the car. He documented the condition inside and out with photos and made sure I was satisfied with the condition.
