The experience is indeed new for me like many others whom are relocating for the first time. Wade (agent) has been extremely thorough and explained all of the process for a smooth hand-off and pick-up. However, I was told it was this time of the year where there are a lot of cars waiting to be picked up on my route. Thus, my car was picked up the 5th day after my first available date and of course this has delayed the timeline of receiving the car. Also, had to pay an extra 150 from initial quote to get in front of all the bids. Despite the delayed timeline and paying extra from initial quote to get it done, Ship a car direct has been good to me.
