Ship A Car Direct went above and beyond to get my car picked up when it appeared that it was taking longer than usual for a driver to be dispatched. They actually increased the bid amount from their own resources although I offered to add a little on my own, too. Wade was great. The driver and truck used to pickup deliver my car were amazing as well. Clean, fast, polite. The driver even removed his shoes before getting in to move my car!! Transport from CA to FL took a short 4 days. Very happy all around after which is usually an anxiety producing experience!
