I was super happy with Ship A Car Direct. I needed to send a Subaru from WA to MA but, while it could arrive at any time, I had a very tight and specific few days in which it could be picked up. SACD gave me good pricing advice, found a driver who could accommodate my timeframe, convinced them to take a Visa card for payment (with an additional fee) which made my life easier so I happily paid the fee, and kept me well informed during the entire process. Their app was super easy to use to take before-shipment photos. And I felt, had anything gone wrong, they would have worked with me to resolve the situation. But, as long as you understand that dates are give or take a few days, it all went completely smoothly. Best of all, their fee ($250 for my situation) spared me the constant all-hours-of-the-day harassing texts and phone calls of numerous brokers that my husband experienced when seeking transport for a different car. That alone made the SACD fee worth it. Highly recommend!
