They picked up my car a few hours after I placed my order! The drivers waited for me to drop off my car by a gas station right outside my neighborhood since the 18 wheeler couldn’t fit in our neighborhood streets. They drove us back to our house in our car before they loaded the car onto the 18 wheeler. The car arrived a day after the estimated arrival date. I was able to contact the driver on the estimated day of arrival and he let me know that they were running a bit late. The driver then contacted me the next day to let me know when he was 40 minutes away. My car arrived safe and sound and I’m happy I chose ship a car direct to ship my car halfway across the country.
