Let just say shipping a car is an overwhelming experience. There really wasn’t a time I ever felt in control. Wade at Ship A Car Direct was very friendly. I did feel a little misled on timing, just know it’s always going to take longer than you think or are told. That being said my car arrived safely, and Ship A Car Direct even reimbursed me a little in order to get my actually cost closer to the original quote they gave me. No hidden fees or strange deals. There’s a lot of trust in the broker when you ship a car. Wage and the rest of the team tried to stay in contact and give as much peace of mind as possible. Had an issue with the driver dropping the car off at 3am, but it did come directly to my door. That was great. Needless to say, be flexible and Ship A Car Direct will get the job done for you.
