Great experience overall. Customer service team kept me updated. The car was delivered on the date they said it would be. Driver was always in contact with me. The app was very helpful to keep track of before and after pictures, in case of any damage (none on my car). My only complaint is that I didn't get a heads up from the driver a day before to prepare vehicle and have it ready for him.
