Can't say enough good things about Renee and Ship A Car Direct. I had very specific requirements (Classic Car going from California to Tennessee in an enclosed trailer and a very small delivery window of 2.5 days) and she made it happen. They hooked me up with Gorban Transportation who were great as well. I did a ton of research on car transport companies and educated myself on what to expect; I suggest you do the same. A majority of the complaints I see are from people who have Amazon Prime-like expectations when the car transport industry seems to be anything but that. The best you can do is pick a great broker like Ship A Car Direct, protect yourself by taking a ton of photos of your vehicle, and then be as flexible as possible on the pickup and drop off dates of your car.
