My experience with Ship a Car Direct was entirely user-friendly. The broker I worked with was knowledgeable and competent. The auto transport company/driver (Leon) I used was terrific. He arrived on time for pickup, managed the pickup (which was difficult given his large truck and our narrow street) well. He was friendly and professional. The drop off in Atlanta was equally efficient and professional.
