I used Ship a Car Direct twice in the past two years. Each time, my car got moved over 2,000 miles. I really like to communicate with Jennifer. She was very professional and helpful in providing information and answering questions. With Jennifer’s help, my recent move from California to Maryland went extremely smooth. I also like the 24/7 customer service team. They provide 4 methods to communicate with the team if I had difficulties to communicate with the driver. I also like Farrah and Maricel. Farrah sent me a couple of reminder emails to upload car photos in case I need to process a damage claim and Maricel asked about my shipping experience. I was impressed by the service the company provided. I highly recommend this company.
