it went so smoothly on both ends .. My neighbors were able to give over the car after I reached my destination..I thought I would have to wait hours for delivery at a local shopping center since I was not able to take delivery at my home (its on an island, virtually no accrss to vehicles. )I told them I could be there by noon and the car arrived soon after.
