My experience has been nothing but smooth. From the first time speaking with Wade, I felt comfortable with transporting my BMW from Ohio to Florida. Ever time I contacted Wade, he responded promptly. My car was picked up the day I requested and once it was shipped, the driver Alex kept in contact with me. He arrived on the day he told me he was. I am grateful for how simple the process was. I will definitely refer anyone I talk to that needs their car shipped with Ship A Car. This was my first time doing this and am so happy with the service I received.
