I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct. I submitted my request and available times but as things change, Scott was very accommodating in updating my original request. I was able to get in contact with him over phone and email. As far as delivery, the driver gave me the delivery times and showed up right around the expected time with text and call updates. The car came without any defects and he was on his way. It was much simpler than expected. Overall a nice and smooth process using Ship a Car Direct.
