Using Ship a Car Direct was way easier than I thought it would be. I placed the order Wednesday night, the car was picked up Thursday morning and delivered Friday afternoon. The assigned carrier was helpful and communicated with us before and during the pickup and delivery. The $30 rebate process was a little confusing - some clarity there would help.
