The shipping process was frustrating but it often is, particularly long distance as this was. My contact at Ship a Car was in great communication and very helpful. She worked hard to get a carrier and my car did make it East. The carrier was a bit more of a challenge. I was not at the origin and the damage review on the bill of lading showed a lack of understanding or simply carelessness. Distance sensors on the bumpers were marked as scratches. a body styling feature labeled as a dent. The car was actually flawless (except for a crack in front cowling which was noted correctly) yet the bill had about 20 defects marked - only one of which was true. There was slight damage to the windshield in shipping. I believe I could have pushed for a new one but had it repaired at a much lower cost. So far, no response on whether I'll be reimbursed for this which is frustrating. Overall though, great communication and a fair price for the service.
