I had never purchased an automobile out of area and needed it shipped to Southern California...John patiently walked me though the procedure and answered all my stupid questions...just kidding there is no such thing as a stupid question just stupid people that ask questions like me...the driver of the enclosed trailer was very professional and knew what he was doing especially with a car lower than most...he got it off the trailer with no problems and delivered to me safely...I would definitely recommend “ship a car direct” to anyone that needs a auto transporter..
