Our experiences with John, a representative of Ship a Car Direct, and Juan, the driver who was assigned to transport our vehicle, were uniformly positive. Both men were professional, informative, and provided great service. In our case we were flying up from Florida to NJ and needed our car to be delivered no earlier than the day after our flight. John put this in as a requirement of the contract and had no trouble getting a great driver to handle our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ship a Car Directd to anyone and look forward to using them again when we head south in the fall.
