Very satisfied. I had never shipped a car before so there were a lot of details I wanted to know about. The people at ShipACarDirect were very patient with me and answered all my questions. Several phone calls were needed and all were answered quickly and politely. My only concern was with the trucking company, not with ShipACar. Upon pickup the driver took pictures, made notes, then passed an iPhone to me and said (on a cold windy day), sign here. No ability to see what I was signing. Then he drove off with my car, leaving me with nothing. I would've expected a paper form that we both would sign, agreeing about any (or no) damage. HOWEVER: There was no problem - the car was delivered (two days earlier than promised!) in exactly the condition I gave it to them. If I have occasion to ship another car I won't hesitate to use ShipACarDirect again.
