Everything with the company was great. They were very informative and let asking how things went. The company they contracted out to was not as involved so I wouldn't suggest they use them again. They had the won't driver on the information, the phone number didn't work, the dispatch was a personal phone that asked for a text message. They didn't relay that they were picking up a day later than requested until I called, they didn't relay the drop off date until I called, and they have me a time to drop off between 8am-5pm and then called again and have me a 4-5pm drop off and then didn't show until 5:40pm. They didn't even call to say they were running late, I had to call them again. Ship A Car Direct was great in follow ups through the whole process though. Their app is super easy to use as well.
