Ship a Car Direct was extremely helpful and quick to provide updates about the process to find a shipping company and getting my car moved. The shipping company, however was a day late to pick up and 2 days late to drop off, with calls in the late evening and early morning. I can complain too much because the car was delivered in one piece with no other issues other than the delays.
