Transporting my dream became a nightmare until I spoke to David from Ship A Car Direct who talked me off the ledge. Once I posted my interest of shipping my car on the internet the flood gates of emails and phone calls opened. I appreciated the interest and competition in the beginning but soon it became overwhelmed with trying to vet these companies. There are some shyster’s out there preying on un expecting victims. The unscrupulous broker gives you a price and a timeframe for pickup and delivery that IMO he knows will never happen. Buried in the fine print it explains that the timeframe is just an estimate and once a transport company is assigned to pick up your car your deposit is non refundable. Which is the only target for some of the brokers. Thankfully Dave from Ship A Car Direct was referred to me by an extended family member who used David several time without incident. My research showed most if not all of these companies have some warts. But I’d use again and recommend David and Ship A Car Direct to without hesitation to my family and friends. David and the driver Louis And I were continuously communicating throughout the process. All my anxiety vanished when Louis delivered my car without a problem.
