Outstanding car transport

I have just moved from FL to CA. I thought I contracted with Cross Country Movers for both packing abc transporting my household goods and a separate contract with them to transport my car. Long story short I was LIED TO by CCM, who is not CCM but Cross Coiuntry Movers and in the fine print (moving brokers). The packing was an exponential disaster. It took 48 elapsed hours to pack 300 cubic feet. After my packing experience I immediately cancelled my car transport contract, 4 days before my flight to OAK. I went online and found Safe Auto Transport. Their website looked too good to be true. The CEO has made 8 ten second videos answering every question I could think of. I called and they returned my call and Renee was professional and very reassuring which I really needed her to be after my nightmare packing experience. Ivan chose my car. He showed up. EXACTLY when he said he would. My car is brand new. He inspected every inch of it and found 2 chips the size of a common pin head. They are microscopically small. I don’t know how he even saw. them. He picked up my car 2/12 and said he would deliver it on 2/18. He was slowed down by the awful weather we were having. He texted me apologizing for the delay. He showed up today exactly when he said he would. He took. pictures of my whole car, i paid him and off we both went, He and Safe AutocTransport exceeded all my expectations. I don’t have enough superlatives to tell you how pleased I am.
