I was referred to Matt@Ship a Car Direct by one of my friends who used his services to ship two cars from VA to TX. He was impressed with the level of constant updates while his cars were in transit and overall experience. My experience started with making a call to Matt. He sent a quote via email, and the process kick-started from thereon. There was no push anytime during the entire process. I liked the usage of a mobile app to complete pre & post-delivery inspections. I was getting regular updates from start to finish. My car was picked up & delivered on the dates I requested. In time for my cousin's birthday!. I would definitely use the services of Ship a Car Direct again for any future needs.
