Scheduling a pickup was fairly easy online.
- Got a quote immediately and link to schedule a pick up.
- Consistent follow ups from team on what to expect and how to prep for pick up
Delivery was also straightforward. Car arrived without any damages. Was a bit dirty on the exterior, but that was because it was raining pretty hard during the shipment duration.
The only thing I felt that could be improved upon was the time it took to schedule a pick up post online order. However I understand the times are unusual currently , and it wasn't a big deal for me since my dates were flexible.
