We used ShipACar direct to ship my son's car from Birmingham, Alabama, home to Los Angeles. Although a storm delayed our pickup date, our driver actually came a day early and delivered his car safely on the agreed upon date. I was always able to reach someone regarding the status of my vehicle, and ShipACar direct was much less expensive than the competition. Would DEFINITELY use them again!
