From the first phone call until the final delivery, the service was quite good. Matt was my point of contact at Ship-A-Car in charge of locating the carrier service. Once selected, the carrier service introduced me to the driver in charge of the actual transport of the car. I was directed to download an app that walked me through steps to detail my car in pictures prior to the pickup so everything was documented in case any problems arose. I spoke often to the driver, arranged a better location for pick up, handed off the car, watched him load it up with care and drive away. In 3 days my car arrived safe and sound. He kept in close contact with the receiver of the car to be sure there were no hiccups along the way. I didn't have to file a claim and was flexible about the pick up and delivery, so I realize that eliminates a lot of what folks have issues with. But MY experience from start to finish was excellent and I would definitely use Ship-A-Car again.
