Communicative and capitalizes on the shared goal of vehicle delivery without damage or complication by (1) making available an app for photographing the vehicle before and after transit that geotags and dates your images; (2) frequent follow ups to ensure customers are satisfied; (3) providing the name of the assigned transporter, as soon as it becomes known; and (4) allowing the customer to reject the chosen transporter in favor for another. All this for a price lower than any other broker I contacted. The money back guarantee is nice, and something I'm not seeing elsewhere, but it comes with a catch: it requires you to file a claim with your insurance company. So, it's really deductible-back guarantee. I didn't have to file a claim, but I discovered this from the terms of the agreement. Still, it's better than nothing! Five out of five stars for a service punching above its price point.
