Ship a Car Direct was very straightforward in their pricing and didn't spam me with pleads to get the deal. They didn't have the cheapest quote, but it was in the general area and I liked that they curate their transporter list and stand behind any damage issues. My car was picked up a couple hours after they found someone, and delivered without issue the next day. My only complaint was the lack of communication between signing a contract with them and them finding a shipper. I was being inundated with "I have a transporter ready to pick up your car tomorrow" emails from others, but hearing nothing from Ship a Car Direct. An email saying "We've listed your shipment, but so far transporters are wanting a bit more to do the job. Hang tight and we'll probably get someone for our price in a couple of days." would have been nice and made this a five star experience.
