My car arrived safely at its destination, although a day late due to weather. Although the communication from ship-a-car was good initially it faltered somewhat after a trucker was assigned. I received just a few minutes' warning before the truck arrived to pick up my car. After that I would have appreciated updates along the way without having to call around to request them. This was my first experience shipping my car. I'm sure next time I will be more relaxed about the process. However, once the car has left, that's when updates along the way, from either ship-a-car or the trucker would be reassuring.
