I was traveling across the country for a long-distance move when my car broke down. The service center said it would take up to a week to repair my car, and I could not wait. I went ahead with my wife in her car and arranged with Ship a Car Direct to have it shipped the rest of the way across the country. It was picked up and delivered in a very timely fashion with no apparent damage. Communication was excellent, and the website was fairly easy to use. I was happy with the price as well.
