Selecting a broker is actually the most difficult aspect of shipping a car across country, considering competition. But I have to say that once I selected Shipacardirect every aspect of the process went as promised. Communication is clear to prepare the trip and customer support is available any time. The truck had a problem the day before scheduled pick up and pushed it back a couple of days but they promised no change in delivery day, which was the most important for us. The car arrived the expected day without any issue.
Overall totally satisfied - price was competitive to start up with, but adding the great experience that makes it a great value.
