When our driver canceled our shipment the day they were supposed to pick up, but Cristina has found, confirmed and scheduled a new carrier within that same morning. They helped work around our busy work schedule, and always provided accessible customer support! If we ever have to ship a car coast to coast again, we will definitely use Ship A Car Direct again!
